1. How soon can I get your response?

Our company rules that we must reply customers within 24 hours. However, the average

responding time is within 12 hours.

2. How can I get a quotation?

Please contact us and we will send you our catalog, and you can choose models and tell

us quantity. Or you can provide us 2D drawing(pdf files) or 3D drawing(step.files), including

quantity, material, surface treatment, any special packing or other requirements.

3. Will my drawings be safe after you get it?

Yes, we can sign a non-disclosure agreement.

4. Do you provide samples ?

Yes, in general, we offer samples firstly. After samples are approved, you can place a bulk

order for us.

5. If I have the sample, can you make it according to my sample?

Yes, we can make it according to your sample.

6. Can I print my logo?

Yes, it is available for logo printing.

7. What is your material?

We can provide steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, etc.

8. Are you trading company or manufacturer?

We are a specialized manufacturer.

9. How to ensure every process’ quality?

We have all the process in house, such as stamping, progressive stamping, plastic

molding, and assemble, etc,  which can make your finished products in house. Full quality

control from raw material to finished product. 100% inspection with report before shipping.

10. How long is your delivery time?

Mostly depending on your quantity. Generally 30~45 days after payment received.

11. What is your terms of payment?

For tooling and sample fee: 100% deposit; for bulk order: 50% deposit, the left 50% to be

paid before shipment after approval of quality.
